This includes all lumber, windows and doors, 29 gauge colored metal roofing,
beams, plywood, prestained cedar siding and trims, flashing, building paper, nails, plans, installation manual (smaller units only), etc.. These packages do not include foundations, nor does it include any interior finishing (such as insulation, gyproc, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, flooring, interior finishing, painting, etc.). 1.Foundation drawing
(your choice of either slab on grade, crawl space or full 8' high basement) 2.Floor Plans 3.Elevations 4.Cross-sections All Drawings are in 1/4"=1' Scale Note: All plans are designed to meet The current edition of The National Building Code of Canada. Plans are also designed to meet most Building Codes throughout the U.S. please call to confirm with us. Engineering of the foundation, trusses, beams, floor joists, etc., are not included in the plan package. Engineering is the sole responsibility of the purchaser; similar to other plan book plans. All our plans (whether stock or custom) are designed for seismic zone 1, a maximum snow load of 52.2 psf and a maximum wind load of 50 mph. You may modify our plans to meet all other seismic zones, snow loads and wind loads. Please contact your local building authorities for further information. Electrical plan is not included with plans. You should design your lighting plan with your electrician. Payment to be made in full via check or credit card prior to shipping plans.
